pasta, alcohol, regardless of the nature of temptation or stress I may be under.
~ Participate in a program of regular exercise for a period of 6 weeks, beginning on (Date). This includes
(amount) minutes of (frequency) times a week whereby I’m focused on challenging my abilities in the pursuit of elevating
my physical performance and being.
~ Abstain from eating anything prior to 2 hours before bedtime.
~ Eat healthy foods in reasonable portions and stay within my points range.
~ Be conscious of when and why I eat and will to the best of my ability, eat to satisfy my nutritional needs
rather than my emotional or social needs.
~ Furthermore, I realize that this contract is solely with and for myself and carries no rewards, penalties
or punishments other than those associated with the reflection of the strength of my character and the example I may set for
others.
